Driven by his passion for affordable housing, he also made significant strides in the construction of multifamily residential properties.

Zeeshan is passionate about giving back through philanthropy and meaningful personal connections with the community. In 2007, Zeeshan Hayat co-founded 100 Meals a Week, delivering over 250,000 meals and essentials to the homeless community in  Vancouver DTES. In July 2019, Zeeshan partnered with multiple NGOs to co-establish The Muslim Care Centre (MCC), providing over 600,000 meals in less than ten months.

Zeeshan Hayat’s achievement of a Taekwondo black belt at the age of 17 showcases his longstanding dedication to sports and fitness. This foundation in martial arts has profoundly impacted his healthy lifestyle, which he shares on his blog.

Zeeshan Hayat is also an active advocate for mental health. He spearheaded the Pixel Moments campaign, an initiative dedicated to raising awareness about mental health.

Zeeshan Hayat is a former member of St. Paul’s Future Leader Committee, where he supported mental health and addiction programs. Zeeshan also serves as a mentor for MBA students in SFU Beedie’s MiB program and for participants in Junior Achievement’s Be Entrepreneurial program.

Zeeshan Hayat has received numerous accolades, including the BIV BC CEO Awards, BC Export Awards, BIV Forty Under 40, Douglas College Distinguished Alumni Award, and EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. One of his previous ventures in digital marketing has been featured on Growth 500 (2014, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019), Deloitte Technology Fast 500 (2015), and Globe and Mail Canada’s Top Growing Companies (2019). In 2020, Zeeshan Hayat’s community work was honored with the Medal of Good Citizenship by the Government of British Columbia.
